Using Quaseek

• Quaseek is an AI-powered search and finance assistant provided "as is," for informational and personal use.
• Don't use Quaseek to attempt to harm the service, other users, or third parties, or to break applicable law.
• We may rate-limit or restrict access to keep the service stable for everyone.

AI-generated content

• Answers, shopping picks, and finance estimates are generated by AI and may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong.
• Nothing on Quaseek — including the Finance page — is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always verify independently before acting.
• We do our best to ground answers in real, current web sources, but we don't guarantee accuracy.

Your account and data

• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You can delete your saved chats, memory, and watchlist items at any time from within the app.
• See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

Third-party links and data

Quaseek links to and pulls data from third-party sites and APIs (search engines, marketplaces, market-data providers). We aren't responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party content.

Changes

We may update these terms as Quaseek evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
